AIRSHORE RESCUE TOOLS

BACK

The Airshore Rescue Tools (ART) are high-strength aluminum stabilization struts.  The tools can be used either pneumatically (with air) or manually depending on the particular application.

Airshore has a full line of attachment pieces allowing them to adapt to many different types of rescue scenarios.  The struts are labeled and color-coded for easy identification.  Pre-assembled kits are available for all applications and will optimize your equipment cache.

Whether supporting the walls of a collapsed trench, stabilizing a wrecked vehicle, providing structural support, or forming a system such as a tripod or a raker rail, the Airshore rescue tool is there to make your rescue as simple and efficient as possible!  With so many applications, the art maximizes the versatility of your tools.

Aireshore Rescue Tools from ICM, Inc.
Trench Rescue Operations
The Airshore Rescue Tool (A.R.T.) can be utilized in multiple trench rescue scenarios. A.R.T.'s can be placed individually using plywood or lagging as sheeting, this is very similar to traditional timer shoring with a few significalerant improvements, Airshore offers uperior strength, faster placement and is engineered which makes spacing calculations surprisingly simple. It is also possible to use the A.R.T. with it's own Whaler system, this can be placed vertically or horizontally depending on your needs. This engineered system provides maximum operating space while allowing for the rapid shoring of a large area.

Confined Space Operations
Utilizing your existing A.R.T.'s you can form a tripod with a few basic components. This will permit vertical entry/exit or entrants and rescuers into confined space areas. The tripod can also be utilized as a high point in highline/embankment rescue operations.
