Pipe re-rounding consolidates and reshapes the actual
soil around the pipe allowing the pipe to retain its memory shape. Thanks
to our smooth taper design and cleaner disc, HURCO's re-rounding system
will not scar or damage pipe. After 30 days of installation in soil
depths deeper than 8', natural soil movement has ended and any re-rounding
will have a permanent effect on the pipe. The only way a pipe can
re-deflect is if a "live load" is applied to the pipe trench. "Live
loads" (for instance) would be where heavy equipment crosses the pipe
trench changing the soil composition around the pipe.
HURCO's line of pipe re-rounders start at 4" and run as
large as you want to go. Because of the many variables in each situation,
every re-rounder is custom built to meet your requirements. Most orders
