Vacuum Testing
Equipment From LANSAS

A vacuum test of precast manholes should be performed to determine their
resistance to the infiltration and exfiltration of water. The amount of vacuum
lost over a specified tie period will determine if the manhole is to be
accepted. This test allows for greater control regarding the integrity of
manholes. A vacuum test can be done in 20 minutes - start to finish. It is the
fastest and most cost effective method of testing manholes.
Our vacuum system
utilizes a 5 H.P. Briggs & Stratton engine, along with a Gast vacuum pump

plate are also available. All hoses, valves and gauges are included. Custom
