 | An 18 HP Kohler Magnum gasoline engine powers this newly redesigned
unit. A variable volume piston pump with pressure compensated control
delivers up to 17 gpm at low pressures. The maximum pressure is 3000
psi. |
| Standard features include electric start, fuel filter, hour meter,
and hydraulic oil cooler with by-pass relief. A magnetic suction filter
and an internal relief valve protect the pump. The system is protected
by an external safety relief valve and a high efficiency return line
filter. |
| The 18 gallon hydraulic oil tank has a screened fill cap, oil level
/temperature gauge, and a removable top.
3/4" hydraulic hoses with flat face quick couplers are included. They
are stored on a built-in hose rack for easy access. 25 feet is the
standard length, other lengths may be ordered. |
| The Model 2010's sturdy, compact skid frame provides protection from
all sides and allows the unit to be lifted by overhead crane or
forklift. The hinged cover shields the unit from the weather and allows
easy access to the fuel and oil tank or for routine engine maintenance.
The cover may be locked for security. |
| The unit is 28" wide x 46" long x 32" high and weights 600 lbs. with
18 gallons of hydraulic oil and 6 gallons of gasoline. |
| The Model 2010 was designed as a companion for our Mini-Ram rod
pushers, but it can do other jobs as well. An auxiliary hydraulic
circuit (or circuits) can be provided to power water pumps and other
tools. |
| Features such as priority flow dividers or pressure regulation can
also be added. |

| A Kohler Command 25 HP gasoline engine powers
the Model 2613 Hydraulic Power Unit. This is a high performance V-Twin
engine with overhead valves, hydraulic valve lifters, electronic
ignition, a self-relieving choke/carburetor, oil cooler, duel element
air cleaner, and many other advanced features. The Command 25 has a 12
volt solenoid-shift starter and a 15 amp charging system. |
| A variable volume piston pump with pressure
compensated horsepower limiter control delivers 24 gpm at pressures up
to 1400 psi. As the pressure rises from 1400 psi to 3000 psi, the flow
drops to 11 gpm. This pump and control combination gets the maximum
amount of work out of the engine and delivers speed when speed is needed
and power when power is required. |
| Poweram adds many features to this combination
including fuel filter, hour meter, and hydraulic oil cooler with by-pass

| The Model 4000 Hydraulic Power Unit is powered by a
44 HP Yanmar Diesel engine (sold and serviced worldwide by John Deere).
This is a very smooth running four cylinder liquid-cooled engine
designed for industrial duty. |
| Engine features include tachometer, hour meter, and
automatic low oil shutdown. |
| A variable volume pump with load sense control
provides 30 gpm. to 1800 psi ; decreasing to 18 gpm at 3000 psi . This
allows the unit to deliver the largest volume (i.e. the most speed) over
a wide pressure range. |
| The Model 4000 has an extra large hydraulic oil
reservoir (43 gallons), with fill screen, level and temperature gauges,
magnetic suction screen, and high performance return line filter with
change indicator gauge. A hydraulic oil cooler protects against heat
build-up. |
| The 19 gallon capacity fuel tank provides up to 9
hours of continuous operation at full pump speed. |
| All the gauges and controls, including the hydraulic
system pressure gauge and battery, are visible and accessible from the
operator’s side of the unit. The hood hinges up to access the fuel,
radiator, engine oil, and hydraulic oil fill caps. |
| A built in hose rack holds up to 50 feet of supply
(pressure) and return hose. A 25 foot set of hoses with flush face
connectors is supplied as a standard item, but we can furnish whatever
you need. |
| The sturdy skid frame protects the unit and allows it
to be handled by fork lift or overhead crane. The full length hood
provides weather protection, and a grill shields the radiator and oil
cooler. |
| The Model 4000 Hydraulic Power Unit is 33" wide x 76"
long x 44" high and weighs 1400 lbs.. |
| This unit can be set up as a trailer if a towable
unit would fit your needs best. We can also fit it with directional
control valves, split circuits, pressure or flow regulators, hose reels,
etc. |
