Prime Resins Chemical Grout

Prime Flex 900 XLV is a thin liquid resin that reacts with water and expands to form a closed cell, watertight foam. 900 XLV is used to seal actively leaking joints and cracks in concrete structures. Material is typically injected under pressure through injection ports. Single component, water activated, hydrophilic, low viscosity, polyurethane injection resin.

• Sealing active leaks in above or below grade concrete structures.
• Hairline Cracks, Expansion Joints, Wide Cracks, Pipe Joints, Pipe Penetrations
• Oil Free Oakum or Open Cell Backer Rod may be soaked in Prime Flex 900 XLV to create a watertight gasket
• Water Treatment Tanks, Dams, Below Grade Concrete Walls, Tunnels, Manholes, Elevator Service Pits

Prime Flex 920 is a very thin liquid resin that reacts with water and expands to form a closed cell, watertight, rigid foam. 920 is used to fill voids, stabilize soil, and cut off gushing leaks. Material is typically injected under pressure through injection ports. Single component, water activated, hydrophobic, low viscosity, polyurethane injection resin. Requires use of Prime Kat or Kick Fast catalyst.

Hydro Gel SX is a thin liquid resin that reacts with water to form either a closed cell, watertight foam or impermeable gel depending on the water to resin mix ratio (Range = 1:1to 15:1 Water:Resin). Hydro Gel SX is used to seal actively leaking joints and cracks in below grade concrete structures. Material is typically injected under pressure to curtain grout behind porous structures. It is also used for soil stabilization. Single component, water activated, hydrophilic, polyurethane injection resin (foam or gel).
